There a a few spaces available at Lemar market Catalkoy on both Wednesday and Saturday, for qualitya variety of goods. We are trying to ensure the market becomes and remains a quality destination so please no flea market type goods. Pop along on Wednesday or Saturday and ask for details.

Hmm covers just about anything.... If you mean second hand clothes - say so.

Not necessarily referring to second hand clothes or anything else second hand, as long as they are good quality.
Sorry, just trying to be diplomatic and not wishing to offend. As you have proved people can be a little touchy. (No offense to you Groucho, point taken)

I know it's problematic - we run a stall there and we certainly don't want to be surrounded by stalls piled high with unwashed jumble.... Trouble is one man's knick-knack is another man's junk. Clean and pressed clothes in good nick are popular items for some sellers and buyers alike. Even jumble has its day..... I wasn't being touchy just pointing out that the epithet Flea Market would exclude too many types of vendors even for Catalkoy!

Just so long as they arent selling fleas . I rely mainly on Lemar market for reading matter and DVDs- and as far as I am concerned so long as they arent soiled or torn and have all the pages the older the better - I dont judge a book by its cover and much prefer the older writers to them majority of the newer ones!
I have also got some "good as new" clothes there, and better quality than I can find, let alone afford, in the local shops,
If there is a wish list for stalls and produce what I would like to see is more gardening stuff : I know they have some plant stalls but they tend to be things like geraniums which I can propagate myself from existing stocks. I would like to see more bedding plants and some colourful pot plants to cheer the place up: plus cheap tools, seed and bulbs.
And the dogs are missing the home made biccies I used to get there.
