electric heated towel rails?

Hi, any one on here know where I can but an electrically heated towel rail for a bathroom in TRNC?

My first port of call in the Girne area would be Ermetaş(h) on the left down the New Harbour Road )and then go for Lunch ın the Delta Cafe at the New Harbour

Most of the heated towel rails here have to be connected to a central heating system. I have an old free standing oil filled electric towel rail which I plug into the mains. This type is virtually impossible to buy here. They do have them in Superhomes in the South but they are expensive compared with somewhere like Screwfix in the UK who carry a good selection of this type of towel rail.
