Hutch, I do not have directions - never needed to visit. However, the Kibkom Directory Government Departments List gives a 'phone number of 228 3241. You could ring and ask for directions. Once you've established its location you could post the directions here for others. Good luck

Hutch, further to the posts above with the very helpful link from Dalartokat. From Girne use the double carriageway to Lefkosa. At the main roundabout go straight over (2nd exit), pass the State Hospital on the left. At roundabout go straight over (2nd exit). Through a set a traffic lights. Carry on, a major road enters from the left at 7 o'clock. Now get into the left lane and at the next major cross roads controlled by traffic lights, bear left. Take the 1st right and the building is on the left hand side. (Had you not turned right here, the road would have taken you to the Immigration Office where temporary residences (visitor passport stamp) are processed). If you have access to Google Earth - 35 degrees 11'43.26"N, 33 degrees 20'58.51" E. Suggest you use the link provided above to arrange an appointment, else could be a wasted journey. Good luck.
