The domestic water pump keeps on cutting out for no apparent reason. Is a pain because have to go down into the pool pump room to press the reset button, which doesn't go down well with the other half, especially half way through a shower....Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like the Pressure Control valve - Easy fix - all the yapi markets sell them.

Thanks Ipman, do you have to take the pump apart for that?

it is either the pump or control valve if you wish we could take a look and replace bits needed
Obviously there is plenty of water in your tanks check that also http://www.braceybuilders.com

If you need a new pump or pressure controller, make sure you buy a quality one, usually Italian, such as Pentax.
There are lots of Chinese 'copies' out here!
