lost pekinese roaming

There is a very cute blonde colour pekinese dog ,wearing a silver chain collar ,roaming our lane , obviously lost and scared . Does anyone know who he may belong to ? We are Lapta ,seaside close to Hos Bes market .

It is difficult to tell from picture , definitely same colouring but not sure his muzzle is that dark,I'll try to get closer to him in the morning , sorry

I have also seen this dog next to Hosbes yesterday (saturday), i don't think it is the one in the picture as the muzzle seemed more the same colour as the dogs coat.
