We have now changed this Job Role to a more Junior position that would suit a graduate.

We are looking for a bright and ambitious candidate who has an obsession for detail and is looking to build a career working with the leading North Cyprus Tour Operator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Assisting Flight Manager
• Maintaining and updating complicated Microsoft Excel sheets
• Data input
• First Line support for sales staff in answering flight queries
• Ticketing
• Phoning UK customers to confirm/change flights
• Take transfer calls from sales department to answer flight queries, book extras and provide PNR's



Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal in both ENGLISH and Turkish
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Good time management skills, an ability to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines. Flexible with hours of work

A team player with an unflappable attitude and able to deal with stressful call center environment.

Advantages:
• Previous experience in working in a similar role
