Where is Reis Market?

Keep getting texts from this place have tried to block them on my Turkcell phone but it just says 'invalid phone no'?
Anyone know where it is or how I can block please?

Thanks for that it is not somewhere I would ever go anyway, will try Turkcell as my next point of call.
