Without a doubt I would recommend Hannan watch shop in Girne, he is on the right hand side of the road leading from the high street to the liman hotel and casino.
He has repaired a number of watches for us including an Omega and Longines ,always friendly helpful and ridiculously low prices. He can source genuine parts from Lefkosa if required.

Second that, Hannan very good. Watch batteries are also reasonably priced.
