4.5 magnitude quake with epicentre off coast near to Mağusa

The earthquake, at 02.29 last night, had its epicentre 50 km southeast of Mağusa, and was at a depth of 18km. Apparently it was clearly felt here in Mağusa ... not by me though ...

for once I was in bed and fast asleep. Nothing wakes me - that is one of the reasons why I was a terrible mother!

Thats why the sea was rough at 6 am this morning it was difficult to swim.
