Lefke Walnut Festival

Does anyone know roughly what time this may start on Saturday. Trying to decide if its worth taking our visitor, live in Karsiyaka but have to be back home by 4.30. So would there be enough on to make it worthwhile???

gilly123...I posted about this on May 6th on Events page and Soner put it on his App thingy but there is no mention of the start time. These are the people that are involved in it, maybe you can email them or phone...

We went last year, we enjoyed it. I imagine it starts at 10am with speeches etc, then usual dances, lots of stalls with goodies. But as Lefke is such a nice place it's probably the 40 min drive from Karsiyaka. If you get up early and buy the Saturday paper it will give more details.
