Water deliveries Esentepe

Just found out the water tanker we normally use for our pool has gone up from 50 TL to 70 TL (4 tonnes) and will be this price for the summer. Apparently a lot of the wells are having problems. Is everyone else seeing this around Esentepe or is there another tanker I could use?

Classic profiteering - after the wet winter extending well into Spring the wells are fuller than they've been for four years. Methinks they are at it... milking the best out of the situation knowing in a few months time their delivery business is very likely a gonner and the vehicle a white elephant.

Not everyone is profiteering our regular guy in Esentepe filled us up with 4 tons yesterday 30tl, he is very busy so I wont put his number/name up. He told me he was having trouble getting water from the Esentepe wells and had not been allowed to fill up for 3 days.
