Questions re blood tests for operation

My husband and I both have to have some minor outpatient surgery at Girne state hospital. We have been asked to get some blood tests done before the ops. We took our request slips along to the blood department and were told the tests cost 220TL each. We were a bit taken aback and as we didn't have enough cash with us we had to leave it. Studying the slip, it looks like the tests are the same ones performed as part of the residency procedure, Hep C, HIV, HBIAS(?), etc and also when you donate blood.

Can anyone confirm that? Also as I donated blood 4 weeks ago, if I collect the results from Lefkosa will they do?

I realise that the will probably have to revisit the hospital and ask but thought I'd ask on the off chance that someone has done this recently. Of course, the prices may have gone up due to the state of the lira.
