We need to purchase a new air conditioning unit for our bedroom, where is the best place to purchase from for price and quality?

I need one too but an inverter. Trying to find some shop that will let me pay in two or three payments.

Try The Property Centre in Alsacak.
They sell the latest inverter type amongst other electrical goods.

We can offer good value air conditioners, supplied, fitted and inverter or non-inverter type.
Need to know size of room and location: i.e. where are you?

I have had experience of both kinds and I found the inverters useless, cheaper to run yes, but nowhere near as effective.

TRNCVaughan is the man with experience and will give good advice.

We also used the inverter type and not happy. We have Arcelik basic models in every room and find them superb and extremely economical and when used for heating in winter more economical than gas , diesel C.H or solid fuel , We have all the other energy sources I mention even have our log burner linked into C.H.

The beauty of A.C. for heating is that it is fairly instant so you use it as and where you require it. Also of course Arcelik many of us have found to be second to none with after sales service. Well established large company.

The units are cheap and very functional. I was actually shocked that the price you paid inc. fitting.

The best price we have found with fitting and excellent after sales service is the Bosch shop in girne.. Our bedroom ones were 1100 ytl fitted.
