To the best of my knowledge you cannot buy from shops here , a lady used to sell them on the market but they were dreadful there was nothing in them.
I will gladly send you a recipe that may help but I am busy for a couple of days. If you want to text me your email I will send you, as a soon as I can. The ready made pastry they sell here is perfect for them. I have some friends who use it for Chinese spring rolls and they come out perfect.
I do not want to send my email via Public Forum as last week a well known computer Geek off this forum conned me out of my email address and hacked our emails.
My number is 0533 843 6539.

Maybe you could buy some from one of the many Pakistani restaurants, I am sure they do take aways.

Do you live close to an Asian-food restaurant?
