Fly screens - advice please

Here at Downton Abbey villa, the Duchess has had the idea (probably from her ladies maid) that fitting fly screens would be a good idea.

Can I ask for peoples opinions please? Are fly screens worth fitting? Do they cut out too much light?

Any recommendations as to who to appoint to fit them?

Thanks

Had screens fitted about 8 years ago, still like new and defiantly worth the money. The screens hardly make any difference regarding the light. We used Mr Fly, but don't know if that company is still going in NC.

Screens allow you to have your windows/doors fully open all summer and even the tiniest bugs don't get in .

Can definitely recommend Mr Fly. We have had a couple of installations from them in the last couple of years and we found both their service and product is top notch.

Mr Fly recently fitted some additional fly screens for us and did a really good job. The lads are tidy very respectful and just get on with the job. They always turn up at the exact time they make appointments for.

They are also useful for keeping the snakes out when you want a door open for the breeze. Particularly at this time of year.
