Advice needed : sewage pollution in Karsiyaka

There is a house being built right on the foreshore, less than 30 m from the sea at Karsiyaka. They've drilled a 6m hole and dropped in 6 x 1m concrete pipes with holes in the side. This is their septic system. The neighbours on either side of them have installed 3 and 4 stage systems.
The Lapta belediye is showing no interest in ensuring the health of the environment, fishermen and swimmers in this area.

My question is this : is there anyone in an official environmental capacity that we can talk to about this?

I realise, as with a lot of other issues here, I may just be bleating in the wind, but I really would like to pursue this, it's just wrong that there are no health safeguards ...... that can be enforced, of course!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

You wouldn't get a lot of fresh water from a well only 30 metres from the sea.

I am told that Salinification is not so much an issue in the Karsiyaka area, as there is an impermeable layer of clay which tends to stop the seawater encroaching into the water table.

Topten, the firewatch is a lot further back than that. Keith, I know I'd sleep (and swim!) a lot easier if I was sure of that. These houses are built on the rocks right at the edge ...... and I believe, over the top of the outflow for the old Karsiyaka Stream.
Thanks all for your input though
