Unblocking phone

Anyone have any idea how much I can expect to pay to unblock my phone and where to go?

Most of the phone shops around the Girne back streets will unlock phones. How much it costs rather depends on what kind of phone it is - 20/30TL, onwards and upwards. Call into one or two and ask them is the best.

If your phone is blocked / locked onto a net work ( can only use 1 sim card ) then contacting the network , they should be able to release it from the network for free (normally) .
However if its not in the original country then it my not work.
Depending how technical you are, you might be able to do it yourself by searching the make/model unlock codes in Google!!

I have an apple iPhone four that I bought off someone. But I cannot use it as it has been blocked. I need the persons password!! I've tried to contact them, but they cannot remember the password as they hadn't used it in a long time. Will the phone shops in kyrenia know how to unblock this?
