The Legend of Troy - Lapta
Tried this new Wine Bar/Coffee shop - what a welcome addition to TRNC!
Great wines - Especially prosecco - and a nice selection of food for lunch or just something to pick at over a nice glass of wine. e.g. Full ploughmans, sharing cheese/meat platters.
Lovely garden setting at the top of Lapta near Charcos restaurant.

We have been going there since before the official opening and hoped that while we want them to be successful that it would be a hidden gem which it is.
Not for the lager louts thankfully, wonderful welcoming bistro/wine bar set in the heart of old Lapta ,difficult to find which is a bonus.
Best wishes to them for the future.

Wouldn't Danish Roquefort be a contradiction?

Hi
Many thanks for all the lovely comments I know some of you are having difficulty finding us . There is a map in the Cyprus today.
Directions head towards Lapta Village . We are up the side of Charcos just wind round a few bends and you will come to The legend of Troy lit up of a night on the left.
From the Wild Duck take the turning marked Lapida hotel off the main road fork left and you will pass Olive Paradise hotel. As you reach Lapida hotel ( black and orange sign with an arch) turn right up the hill. At the top turn left and keep winding up you will come to us on the left we are five minutes from the main road not in the mountains.
Directions 2
From the Lapta strip take the turning sign posted Lapta opposite the HUT. At the top turn right past Starling and turn down right past the Beleyesi looks like a car park its a road follow the road round and you will come to Charcos (painted pictures ladybirds). turn left and wind round the road until you come to us on the left "The Legend Of Troy"
Take Dane the manager mobile and call him for directions if you get lost he's Englsih 0533 8885428.
