Help needed with replacing roof tiles.

can anyone recommend someone who can come and help me out with some raised roof tiles on my front porch.I think they are being raised by a wasps nest underneath,, but am unsure of that. There is also some large cracks in the concrete underneath them.
Not sure who to call......
