When will this stop.

On my way to lefkosa over the old mountain road this morning just before the KAR site a dog was dead in the road then between KAR and the restaurant at Buffavento a small Boxer type dog wearing a collar was on the loose.İ tried to catch him but failed and he headed back towards KAR.This typ of thing happens quite frequently in that area İ suppose the owners dump them in that area inthe hope that the staff from Kar find them.İ find this very distressing and would love to catch one of these people doing this.
