You can go to Ercan to the Turkish Airlines office there the other office is off the ring road left at the rocks on sticks island go towards Ercan for 2 miles turn right main road into lefkossa right at first island (sorry these directions a bit vague )

I gave up trying the find them but I did find and use this email address to pose a question and got a quick and very satisfactory reply.

Turn left at the Gonyeli roundabout towards Famagusta go past the stadium, over the next roundabout/traffic lights with garage on left, past BRT then you go downhill slightly to a major junction which is the last one into Lefkosa centre, turn right here. You go past several car dealers & bathroom shops then at the little roundabout go right & Turkish Airlines is on the left.
