Hi,
can anyone recommend where to take a speaker to be repaired- it is a speaker with a built in amplifier. There is power to it but it has just stopped working.
Thank you

Is it showing any power IE. power light on, did it just go off suddenly, may have an anti surge fuse, possibly a micro fuse inside small black screw cap , what make is it or any more info. Or possibly fuse on printed circuit.

Call me I will try to help 0533 843 6539 .

The power light is on and my husband has checked internal fuse which doesn't seem to have blown. It was working this morning fine but tried it later and nothing. It may be something quite simple. I will ring you tomorrow, thank you. It's a qtx QR10PA by the way

What is the 'source / input' - usb stick or something playing out via the RCA connectors ? Are you sure there is something coming out of the source ? Have you tried a different source ? And sorry to ask but you sure the volume is turned up ?

I have tried different sources - I usually use my tablet so have tried another tablet and a phone as well as a USB but all won't work. Very strange. I have emailed the supplier where I purchased it (in the UK) to see if they can help too. I will call Johnny Lee too to see if he can help. Many thanks
