Yesterday, Kibtek were installing the new electric meters in Karsiyaka which, I assume, will be read remotely. Although we were at home, car outside and side panels open, they were about to cut my padlock with bolt croppers, I shouted out to them to stop, I then opened with the key. However, my neighbours were not quick enough and they cut the padlocks with bolt croppers, despite them being at home also. Just a warning to keep your eyes and ears open.

All around Karsiyaka, we are near Stadium Cadesi,I also saw them along the main road.
