Euromed are very good. They have weekly sailings from Felixstow to Famagusta and will group small loads together in a container. Phone number in Cyprus: 0392-23655961/2 or in London: 0044-208-3658888. They can arrange to clear customs for you in Cyprus and will deliver to your house.

Make sure that you have a very clear inventory of all goods in the boxes in both english & turkish if you can find someone
who can do this for you. Customs like electrical goods ie televisions, they will charge duty on these also any brand new articles.

We used Dolphin and found them excellent. They packed everything, and did the inventories. They fetched the container from Famagusta, so we didn't have to do anything except meet them by Lemar to bring them to our house. They brought the customs officials with them too. Of course you can pack yourself, but we preferred them to do it, so anything broken would be down to them. It was quite expensive but we had a whole container, although I think you can have a shared one. They came to our house in UK to assess how much we wanted to take, and work out how much space would be needed. We just about managed to get everything into the container. Nothing was broken.

Highly recommend again Euromed. Just used them for the third time and they are excellent! If contacting UK office ask for Ali who is super helpful and kind.

Euromed, for all the above reasons. Unpack anything new, bring your white goods, and electrical stuff from UK.....

Also bring good quality, sun proof garden furniture. It's very expensive here...

Ah, but what's classed as UK "sun proof" may (probably) not be Cyprus sun proof....

Don't expect anything you get on U.K. to withstand Cyprus temperatures... Beware with fridges too i think.

Thank you for all your replies. I am speaking with Cenk at EuroMed, they are very
helpful. So fingers crossed!!!!
We do not have any need for garden furniture here in the UK, well maybe the umbrella, but not for the sun.!!!
