If you want any of the 'mods' to take action on anything, or to respond to a query relating to a particular post, you can click on either the 'email' or 'PM' icons below their name, or on their profile page.

Don't expect a (rapid) response by posting a query on the forum - they're not online all of the time, and they don't read every post.

Reason has been explained to OP.
