Unable to access emails, message your mail box has exceeded storage.
I have tried customers service but without success, does anyone know their email address
Or know how to resolved this problem.

Emails purporting to be from your mail service are often scams to get you to reveal your email security details.... I have never had a genuine one but I have had loads of scam ones... Not saying that's the case here but it's worth being careful as my spam filters etc don't pick them up often.

Might be a good idea to try deleting AOL completely from your drive and then re-load. I have done this in the past when I have had problems and it worked plus it restored contacts list from previously held.
