any advise on cleaning outdoor furniture fabric sale cloth type material.

If it won,t fit in the washing machine clean with sponge and upholstery cleaning solution first such as 1001 and either rinse with hose, hose and spray gun or gently power wash

... and I used to add a good dollop of Kosla Vanish Oxi-Action Gel to the mix as well (easier than using the powdered stuff).
If any mould marks remain, spot treat with bleach, diluted as you would to treat a white wash.
Leave it all to soak in, out of the sun for a while before rinsing / power washing it, and then leave it to dry in the full sun for a day, and take advantage of the extra bleaching action of the sunlight.
You do need to find somewhere away from the damned birds though...
