Arcelik service is second to none ..

Phoned Arcelik service this morning 9.05am to report problem with dishwasher door ..
Phone call at 3.10pm from engineer .. Are we at home ..
3.30pm problem solved .. Service with a smile .. Thank you Arcelik ..

Sorry - you must have been the lucky ones!
We will never use them again!
Goods we bought, genuine fault, world war three trying to get them to help! We were met with bullying tactics, accused of causing the fault ourselves, total indifference to us and we were made to feel we were in the wrong.
This was our experience, others obviously had a better experience.
All you can do is speak as you find!

Does it make a difference from which shop you bought your goods? I thought they were like a franchise and owned by different people.

We have also had excellent service from Arcelik. Using the online fault service and repairs carried out within 2 days. Keep up the good work Arcelik, you have our vote!

Please tell my neighbour then,phoned up a week ago with problem with aircon she is still waiting on a date and visit pretty bad as she"s a widow.
