I accidentally blocked my pin number by entering the wrong one more than 3 times, it's now saying enter PUK, can anyone explain what this means please, or should I pop into the phone booth in Lemar, or is there anywhere in Alsancak I can get it looked at?

Yes I did this a few years go, You have 2 pin nums. and 2 Puk nums. Puk 1 Puk 2 Pin 1 and Pin 2.

They are located on the main card if I remember rightly the one that you take your actual sim card from. I think you have to scratch to reveal them. I always record all those numbers in my diary.

Good Luck but I am sure if any problem the booth will sort it.

If you Google puk will tell you all you need to know.

Thanks for all replies. I managed to find the piece of paper that contained the PUK number and tried it and it's now fine.
