There's no water in the mains tank.

I pay the water bill by direct debit and payments are all up to date.

I live in catalkoy and when I looked a week ago the tank was full up.

Do I ring the water people or just get someone to fill it up?

Has anyone any useful numbers to ring?

go to the muctars office they will sort the water man to switch you on and know whats going on

Also, check with your neighbours if they've had water and you haven't - it may indicate that the pre-meter filter (a small plastic retention device to stop detritus from getting into the meter) is blocked and needs cleaning...

Recently we had no water for several days so the tank was almost empty. I asked our neighbour and they had water. Upon investigation we found that just before the ballcock valve into the tank the pipe was totally blocked with small pieces of plant that were then compacted by bits of soil.
You should be able to check if water is arriving at your metre by loosening the pipe before it. If there is water there then the problem is in your pipes. If no water then the belediye is the answer.

I don't think we'd had any for 3 days.

That's about right for us H-F. Twice a week but at least its on for 6 or 7 hours at a time and fills the tanks.

Have you got the new water meter,ours keeps shutting itselk off and we have to insert the card to open if,it doesn't matter that there's no credit on the card just inserting it opens the valve.
