Eventually,after much hassle and emails between myself and Kibtek I was able to register for online billing. I was advised I would receive an email alert showing my bill ..... not here all the time and Turkcell phone doesn't work in UK so text alert no good.

Didn't get a paper bill last month or email but was able to see the bill on line, with a struggle..don't think Kibtek web site likes iPads!
No email again this month but I have NOW received a paper bill...anyone know what's going on please?

Please don't think I'm being facetious, but honestly if you do manage to find out, can you let the rest of know, because we're all about as confused as you are.

No problem my end with IPad

Registered first time and continue to access the Kibtek site.

Even though we got a paper bill this week when I log onto the site it says the bill isn't calculated yet?

First month after new meter was tricky but got logged on and could see bill etc.Second month, no problem.Text , followed by e-mail and easy access to Kibtek site...think the beginning was just teething problems.Fingers crossed

Found system very straightforward. Logged on and registered. !st month able to access amount owing with no problem and 2nd month received e.mail with both summary and complete bill. Able to print all information.

We still have our old meter but I followed the instructions when I received the sms from Kibtec months ago and for the last two months we have received a paper bill, SMS bill and an email bill all on the same day.
Looks good to me Kibtec are doing what they said they would do.

Central Kyrenia had paper bill on Monday morning and new meter in the afternoon.
