Is there a certified apple shop in Girne

I know of two that claim to be certified Apple stores. Going down from Girne Sq. first shopping street on right,there is one on corner,this also has a repair shop about two doors down from it. Another one almost opposite on other side of road.

Ardstrawray The only way to check for certified dealers and repairers is to go onto the companies website and check with them.If it is not listed on their website it is not certified and is a fake.
I think you will find that the nearest certified dealer repairer will be in Istanbul.
If your iPad is relatively new I would not let anyone else touch it other than the certified dealer.If however it is relatively old and it doesn't matter whether you get it back repaired or not then so be it.
Also be aware of any information you have on your iPad as they will probably want to keep it and ask you for the passcode.

ardstrawray, Is your ipad under warranty, If so be careful ,your warranty may not be valid if not repaired as per the terms and conditions when you purchased.
Before doing anything contact Apple and ask them whether you can claim on the warranty if it is repaired in Cyprus.
It might be that the company in Cyprus is receiving apple products through either their sister company in Greece which is probably listed on Apples website or through a third party.
If it's out of warranty then maybe you will be alright.

Might be an idea to call at shops in Girne.they might just be able to show some sort of certification.

There is no official Apple Store north or south. I spoke to apple and was told to send mine to Istanbul or the uk .

Greycom ltd on the south side is an authorised repair - reseller for Apple. Google for Address. They have repaired my Apple mac under Apple plan warranty.

Yes Greycom are an approved retailer , they fixed my friends Apple Mac under warranty , their Name/ address was supplied by Apple in the US

I had occasion to speak to apple in the uk and was told to send my iPad to Istanbul or the uk as there was no official store north or south this was also confirmed in February by Apple in Berlin. So maybe a franchise? But definitely not known by Apple uk or Germany.
