A while back I posted a query re brackets for blinds which people told me could either be found at Mermaid or Curtain World. When he went to buy the brackets, he was told they're not available separate from the blinds which cost TL180! Does anyone know where we can cheap blinds, like simple bamboo or whatever?

Someone recently posted that there were good and inexpensive bamboo blinds at the new shopping mall on the way to the airport. I was interested as I was looking for something similar, but no first hand knowledge as yet!

I'll have a look in Stormax - our car is a bit dodgy so don't want to go as far as airport. Thanks for the info.

Have you tried Hay Hay in the row of shops on the right coming from Catalkoy. I think it is just before Mermaid but will check on my way out tonight and repost if I am wrong.
