BBC Radio 4 Unavailable ?

Until a few days ago, I was able to listen to radio 4 all the time with ease, apart from occasional pauses due to internet speed. However whenever I try to access it now on iPhone, iPad etc I get a message saying
'Radio Unavailable ' I can, however, get other uk stations
Does anyone know why this is happening ? My service provider is multimax, but their service seems fine.

Let's hope it doesn't last too long or the UK will launch Trident missiles on Moscow....

Thank you both for your help. It was the VPN configuration that was required.
I remember that 15 minutes that the BBC was inexplicably 'off air' which caused
a bit of a panic, Groucho......however in my case I was more worried about the Archers than
Armageddon !

The way The Archers are carrying on these day, it will be Armageddon soon

PS I use Iplayer Listen Again and had no probs., but I cannot get BBC Radio live, not too worried really.
