Can you get an international driver's licence in the TRNC with a TRNC driver's licence? And if so, where would you get hold of one?

In the absence of poster's replies, I would suggest an enquiry at the Lefkosa Traffic Department.

What you need I think is an International Drivers Permit, the IDL isnt worth the paper its written on and from what I gather the IDP has basically replaced it.

In my day you sent your driving license to the AA/RAC and paid 3s6d and got a licence the size of your passport!

My husband's British and Australian driving licences have expired, which is why we were researching whether we can get an international driver's licence here in North Cyprus with a TRNC driving licence. As suggested, we'll likely have to front up in Nicosia. Thanks for comments.
