Can you buy lean mince beef here?

You can get it at the meat counter in Tempos. Just ask the butcher for lean mince.

I buy mine from Supreme. I choose the piece of meat or steak and the butcher will mince it at the grade i request.

Fast food butcher Alsancak excellent meat

In general all butchers I have found good, but yes Fast Food Butchers Alsancak, Top Marks, and incredible Steak.

The butcher by the chemist Hatica in Lapta, just say you want lean mince he will cut a piece of beef which you can check before and he will then mince for you, tell mince only once and do not flatten. We always buy ours from there.

But please be aware that there are incidences of Creutzfeld Jacobs disease here, and that the storage conditions of most meat inTRNC leaves a lot to be desired.
It would benefit you and your body (especially if you are fat) to not eat meat here, and stick to a healthy med diet of vegs fruit and pulses. No offence to any fat carnivores intended

Hi Elizabeth, yes afraid it was the alter ego!!! Anyway things are better and the CJD tests came back negative and we are on a road to a healing process.

surfmeetseast, can I respectfully suggest that you change your log on details, that way, no one will be offended or upset by anything that 'his nibs' might contribute. I have every sympathy with your situation, but you can prevent future 'trouble' as you put it, by simply changing your log on. Just a thought.
