Not seen Muller Light, but I have in the past bought the local branded light yoghurt, liquidised whatever fruit is in season, and stirred it in, and it is lovely. Figs are in at the mo. Strawberries are lovely earlier in the year, and of course peaches, gorgeous, and all fresh.

I buy SEREN in the pink container, but there at least 5 or 6 other makes. Don't forget Suzme means strained if you want one with less liquid.

Yep Seren in the pink container, but as you say other makes of light as well. Zap some fresh fruit and stir it in......lovely, and probably much cheaper than you would pay for Muller Light, if you could get it here.

Hi I have never seen mullerlight yoghurts anywhere on the island, but the supermarkets in the south do a great range of low fat and 0% fat yoghurts - they are called Harmony and another make that I can't think of. As for frylight this is also in the south, not here, but very expensive around 5 euros a can! There is an alternative here called "Pam" it's not 1 cal, but very low - I have only seen this in Ileli in Alsancak. Your not on Slimming World diet by any chance are you?
