but its been 24hrs and we are renting a property do we have to buy water

If you can last until Monday contact Zoe in the Muhtar's office otherwise yes you will have to buy water.

We are in Ozankoy and have water coming in today.

I am in Ozankoy and the mains was on yesterday in the morning and it is off today.
