Whats happened to the dustmen in Esentepe area. Not emptied for 2 weeks!

We have only been getting our dustbins emptied once a week.
It should be Tuesday and Thursday
Sometimes it might be twice
If i put my bin out on a Thursday they don't come
But then when i don't put it out, grrrr they come
Can't win xx

We come under Esentepe for rubbish removal and they are generally excellent. They did not come last week but I took the time to go to the Belideyere and ask why and it was as I thought, the truck had broken down, so they were behind. They worked the weekend to collect but have not yet reached us so hang in there. However, if you have not had collection for two weeks, you should go and find out why.
