does anyone know if there is a british council in the northern part? if it is can anyone pls give me the contact number and the address please? thanks

The British High Commission is not the same as the British Council. Here are the contact details for the British Council http://www.britishcouncil.org/cyprus-contact-us.htm. I believe they do have an office in Lefkosa but you will have to email them as the address is not published on their website. I have corresponded with a Turkish woman in their office.

am sure most people would get them mixed up looking at the site there very different
