Barclays bank and ATM use

While using online banking today there was a message saying ATM withdrawals won't be available on Sunday due to maintenance so if you use Barclays you won't be able to use ATMs on Sunday 25th Oct 2015

The full correct message says only between the hours of 2am BST Sunday 25th to early hours of Sunday 25th. Doesn't say you can't use them after that period on the rest of Sunday. Applies to UK and abroad.
