Arçelik whıte goods

Does anyone know how I can get English instructions for all kitchen products. Having purchased with the condition of English instructions from Arcelik in Girne, their after sales does not seem to exist.

Can you try finding your items on the internet,look for instructions there

Either e mail Arcelik in Turkey or google the model numbers of the appliances and you can download the instruction manuals in English.
Personally we have always found Arcelik after sales and service to be excellent. Their engineers are quick, efficient and polite and come when they say they will.

Thanks for your help and ideas, have tried both, shop finally emailed manuals to download. They do not print manuals for you as they say it uses too much paper!!!!!!! Hoping I have the right manual for washing machine, as they have sent a Grundig Manual !!!! First time for using a digital washer, going to be fun.
