Help cannot get into Kibtek website

Hi have used it before & have my password but it is not letting me get in this morning. Could anyone check an account for me please as we have a tenant leaving soon?

If your web page automatically translates make it go back to turkish you will then be able to get in
I've just tried it wont allow me to access when translated to english bit does when I go back to Turkish

It was in Turkish still could not get in.

Just tried, no problem. I do use the untranslated version of the site.

Try a different browser say Google if using Mozilla .I have to use Mozilla for some TV Google doesn't work sometime

That's a good idea will use my laptop rather than my ipad.
