? Noter in Alsancak

Does anybody know where the Noter, who used to be opposite Hur Deniz has gone to please
Hi..
He is next to Chicken run in Alsancak .. situated above the vets in the row of shops.
He is only there in the afternoons after 1pm as he is in Girne before that. Still took me
five visits to track him down though.
