Does anyone know if it is possible to view previous bills on the Kibtek web site please? The ones since they have gone "high tec" obviously!

I viewed and printed my bill from the web site in October. This months bill has not been calculated yet as of today.

However I made a note in September of the amount due for that month, but when I have checked my bank today the amount taken is higher than I had noted, and I would REALLY like to check if it is correct!

Anyone have any info please? Many thanks

My payment at the bank is also a few kuro more each month as the payment doesn't go out until the beginning of the following month!! Asked the bank and they said its nothing to do with then when Kibtec take the money. I assume I am charged a small Kate payment charge.

Well our payments have always been requested from the bank on time and I've never paid a late payment fee, but maybe their new system isn't running smoothly yet. I would really like to be able to see previous bills on the Web site though. I got an email alert 2 months ago with the bill attached, but nothing last month...hope they pull their finger out and get it sorted!

We had a bill two years ago for 71,000 tl (!) wrong of course and fortunately my friend saw the paper bill and alerted me in UK so I was able to stop the bank paying it but I've been VERY twitchy since then! Apparently they could just empty your current account and then you would have to claim it back!
