what is the process?

Send a text containing

first name
surname
passport number
and 'passport' each with a space between them
to
1234

'passport' ?

I sent full name,address and mothers maiden name to 1234.Reply came within seconds saying our details were up dated

Example: Vaughan Bloggs 123456789 passport
text info to 1234.
First field is forename, second field is surname, third field is the number of your passport or kimlik, if you have one, and the last field is the type of ID, i.e. passport or kimlik.
Just a space in between each field.
If you call *123# to get your credit details then you get a message back telling you what to do.

Having registered twice now does anyone know why I keep being asked to register my details when I top up.
I got confirmation details each time.

I've registered too, get the same message.

Also tried to register an old sim card.
Was told in Turkcell office today,
because it had not been used for a long time, years.
It was no longer valid.
Threw it back at me, and started to attend to next customer.

It's just an automatic response. I doubt they would bother to check, before outputting the registration message, whether you have already registered.

Mukel - I registered and kept getting the voice message asking me to register. I checked with Turkcell in Lemar at Karakum and Karaoglanoglu who confirmed I was registered and that the message was an automated one, as come_on_aylin says.

Can anyone help with a customer service number to call Turkcell in order to register from the UK?

Does anyone know the telephone number for Turkcell customer service in Cyprus, please? I am trying to register my pay as you go phone with them from UK but the number on the website appears to be Turkish only. Many thanks.
