New kid tek billing Info

This may have been covered but I couldn't find anything
So I apologise if it is old news
Anyone that might be needing info when having had a new meter fitted regarding how to receive bills in the future

We have just had a new meter fitted, this is what Kib Tek in Gerni told me I must do

you have to TEXT to 9898 the following information from your last Paper Bill

Heap No (account No)
Tuketici No ( Customer No)
your name as it appears on the bill
your email address

Been getting our bills via computer for a few months now but haven't had one this month. Has anyone else had one yet? Or are they having a computer glitch?

Only received a text message this month, last month (our first) we had both.

If they do have a computer problem I hope they get it sorted for next month as we will be back in UK.

We are in UK just now. This months account came by TXT & Email as usual.

I was in the UK when my meter was swapped. I came back in October and found the usual paper bills stuffed into my post box.

I did the usual and just paid at the Girne office, no one asked me for an email or phone number.

So I'll just carry on at the moment until Kibtek tell me different.

We went into Girne last month and filled out a form

stating everything they wanted to know.

we was asked if we wanted a text.e-mail or a fatura

we said fatura

still had no bill for end of October, so went into the exchange office in Alsancak

The man put in our Kibtek Number he told us how much we owed for October so we paid it.

Will probably have to go into Girne and find out whats happened as far as our meter being read.

Had similar problem - despite following kibtek procedures to register details did not have a bill fo 2 months.

Decided to go to Kibtek Office in Girne. I insisted in seeing all my account and contact details on Kibteks computer screen. I discovered that the contact details had been entered incorrectly. My contact details were amended on the spot and I have since received my first text and email bill.

Yep been getting text, email and a paper bill for last 3 months. New meter installed too.
