Kibtek cutting people off by mistake- How to check

3 people I know have recently been cut off by Kibtek automatically with the new Meters.
All of them were up to date with payments or even in credit.

If you suspect you have been cut off, or have no power, then have a look at your meter.
Just underneath the display there are a row of letters. If there is an arrow pointing down at the letters SD, this means your meter is out of service and that you have been cut off.

Kibtek No is 0392 815 3756

Is it now possible to check your bill online? If so does anyone have the webpage/url thingy?

Yes, you can check online...
If you have a read of the posts on this thread from earlier this year, you'll see just how - basically, you have to register online with Kibtek - best to use Chrome as your browser as this translates the page. Once you've registered, enter all the relevant details as detailed in this thread, and that should do the job.
Thanks to all of those who provided the info in this thread!
