Does anyone know kibtek opening hours/days please. This month we have had 2 amounts taken from our bank and a paper bill but no text despite having been billed by text for the previous two months. Bank has agreed to refund but we need to sort it out with kibtek

forgot to say it was someonelses bill for a larger amount as well as our smaller one but with the same kibtek account number showing on our bank card. Beware !!

This link gives the office hours for the cashiers, I would think that the customer service department keep the same or very similar hours.
