KAR policy on abusive behaviour

This obviously does not apply to the very many many lovely, kind and polite people who visit our office, shops, stalls and centre. Following an extremely unpleasant abusive and threatening situation in the KAR office this morning KAR feels that it should remind people that they will not tolerate any abusive, rude, threatening or aggresive behaviour towards any of the KAR staff and/or volunteers.
In such situations the persons will be warned, they will be BANNED from all KAR sites and, if necessary, their names and contact details (including vehicle registration numbers) will be passed onto the police for action.
KAR are well aware that they do not have the answers to everyone's problems but they do try their best.
Manners and politeness cost nothing.

Name and shame. Nobody has the right to abuse and/or threaten KAR volunteers or anybody else.

That is disgraceful behaviour, there is absolutely no need for bad manners & especially towards people who volunteer their time for a charity.

I'm with Tomsteel "name & shame"
